Tests with Flobond Water Coat SC101 using different methods were carried out at the scientific center of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea. Test location coordinates: 46°10’33.5″N 61°49’23.1″E.
Date of sowing: November 2022. For the treatment of saxaul seeds, SC101 was mixed with water, then sowing was carried out.
METHODOLOGY
Dosage: 5l/t of seeds
- Seed treatment was carried out with a concrete mixer
- The treated seeds were scattered in the open area of the scientific centre. (control – 4 rows, SC 101 – 7 rows). The method used is similar to simulating seed sowing by airplane
- The treated seeds were scattered
- The treated seeds were planted in special plastic bags with soil
Conclusion
All test methods showed an optimal result compared to the control.
During a visit in July, the visual difference was clearly visible. FLOBOND SC101 significantly improved the survival ratio and the size of Saxaul.
